This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the McLeod Connection software integration (“the Application”), provided by AFC Transport, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively, “AFC,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Application is a private, internal integration built and operated by AFC solely for AFC’s own business. It synchronizes AFC’s accounting data between AFC’s McLeod TMS (LoadMaster) system and AFC’s Intuit Enterprise Suite companies. It is not offered, sold, or made available to the general public or to any third party.
AFC grants authorized AFC personnel a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for AFC’s internal accounting operations only. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or reverse-engineer the Application except as expressly permitted by AFC.
The Application interacts with the Intuit/QuickBooks APIs strictly to perform accounting workflows — reading the chart of accounts and creating journal entries, vendors, and customers. Use must comply with all applicable laws and with Intuit’s developer and acceptable-use policies.
The Application processes AFC’s own business and accounting records (for example, general-ledger postings and vendor/customer business details). It does not process consumer payment-card data and is not intended to process sensitive personal information. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AFC does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
AFC may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. The integration’s access to Intuit data may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Application from the connected Intuit company.
